      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and confirm customer moving needs, providing needs-based solutions
      - Recommend new or alternate products and services to customers
      - Learn and communicate the benefits of doing business with U-Haul
      - Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
      - Assist in providing translation between Spanish-speaking customers and other departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Up to one year of customer service or sales experience
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and navigate through multiple business applications
      - Successful completion of a job-related assessment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
      - Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
      - 6+ months experience frequently communicating with customers
      - Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
