What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels, including outbound, inbound, and digital messaging
- Assess customer situations to provide relevant payment options and strengthen relationships
- Maintain professional communication to ensure customer goodwill while securing payments
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Build rapport with cardmembers to secure repayment on delinquent accounts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of Collections experience
- Minimum of 2 years of advanced-level customer service experience, including negotiation and compliance
- At least 1 year of working-level experience in listening skills
- Strong detail orientation and professionalism in verbal communication

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Collections experience
- 2+ years of advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
- 1+ year of working-level experience in decision-making
