What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming phone calls from members and internal customers, resolving issues and ensuring quality service

- Collaborate with underwriting and loan servicing teams to adhere to lending guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum six months of customer service or call center experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer operating skills; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- Must meet specific tech requirements for remote work, including internet speed and home office setup

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a financial services environment
- Bilingual in Spanish, although not required
- Experience with cross-selling or upselling products
- Familiarity with credit union lending guidelines
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
