    • Provide direct instruction and services to students with disabilities.
    • Work as a part of a teacher team in the development and direction of the program including supervision of paraprofessionals and coordination with related services staff and teachers within the elementary school.
    • Design a learning environment to meet the needs of students who require intensive support due to intellectual and/or autism disabilities.
    • Collaborate with general education staff to ensure meaningful inclusion in the general education classroom and overall building community.
    • Collaborate with families.
    • A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License - Special Education.
    • Colorado Department of Education “In Field” by CDE endorsement or qualifications to teach the posted subject area.
    • The ability to handle many complex tasks simultaneously.

    • 27J Schools is currently seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide specially designed instruction in Turnberry Elementary's intensive needs program. These are full time 1.0 FTE positions

      Responsibilities:
      • Provide direct instruction and services to students with disabilities.

      Required Qualifications:

      1. A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching License - Special Education.
