Candidates must be eligible for employment as a special education paraprofessional, or similar role within the school district. Candidates must have three years of prior experience as a paraprofessional or simliar position and have a bachelor's degree. The program includes 3 years of hands-on experience, regular feedback, ongoing mentorship, and coursework through the Arkansas Department of Education.
