What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to patient inquiries and communicate with potential customers to generate sales
- Document interactions and lead information in CRM system
- Manage customer relationships by assisting with insurance verification and product shipments
- Maintain knowledge of company products, competitor products, and diabetes care disease state
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and trade shows as directed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant job experience
- 1 year recent experience in a sales support role
- Knowledge of diabetes and insulin pump therapy
- Effective communication skills and ability to multitask
- Computer competency including MS Office and CRM systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and knowledge of diabetes
- Knowledge of call handling phone systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
