      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer sales support for end users by processing orders via phone, fax, email, and other media
      - Perform insurance verification checks to ensure proper reimbursement and timely shipment of orders
      - Manage customer reorders by receiving inbound calls and processing requests efficiently
      - Interact with the field sales team and Reimbursement Department to resolve customer issues
      - Document all interactions in the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system in accordance with QA/RA and HIPAA guidelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service environment, including 6 months of inbound/outbound call experience
      - Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle multiple priorities and work accurately while following instructions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the medical device industry and DME insurance practices
      - Familiarity with diabetes and insurance verification processes
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Experience with ERP and CRM systems
      - Assisting with training new hires
