What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for projects in development and operations
- Investigate budget to actual variances, perform analysis, and report results to management
- Participate in the audit process, including supporting external auditors and drafting footnotes
- Contribute to process improvements and enforce internal controls for the expanding team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Asset Management, Construction, Development, and FP&A teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience with a strong grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles
- Mid-level experience with Excel (SumIF, Pivot tables, and V-lookup)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with clients, agencies, and vendors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of full financial reporting requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with or knowledge of Sage Intacct
- Familiarity with renewable accounting and public company reporting
