What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee undergraduate programs, including student recruitment and advising
- Coordinate the professional internship program and assist with job placement
- Manage course enrollment and assist students with degree requirements
- Represent the Department as a liaison to various academic programs and organizations
- Teach courses as needed to meet departmental learning outcomes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Academic Advising, Education, Leadership, or a related field
- Professional experience in academic advising, education, or leadership
- Knowledge of natural resources and career options in the field
- Strong commitment to fostering the success of undergraduate students
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in a natural resources field
- Experience in developing and implementing student success initiatives
- Familiarity with grant writing and securing external funding
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in academic settings
- Experience advising student organizations or clubs
