What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop schedules for pharmacists based on demand and maintain schedule integrity
- Manage PTO and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide customer-facing support to the field team
- Adept data entry skills and understanding of organizational protocols
- Assist with labor planning, forecasting, reporting, and compliance for pharmacists and support staffing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One to Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Pharmacy, HR, medical scheduling, or logistics
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST or MST
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background and experience in Pharmacy scheduling
- Strong computer skills
