What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain schedules for pharmacists based on demand while ensuring schedule integrity
- Manage PTO requests and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide customer-facing support to the field, fostering partnerships with market directors and leadership
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate scheduling records to support operational efficiency
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing workforce management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- One to two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in pharmacy, HR, medical scheduling, or logistics
- Able to work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST or MST
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy background or experience in scheduling
- Strong computer skills
