What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assist the Associate Dean with various assigned duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing DEI-related programming
- Masters or PhD degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with diverse education stakeholders
- Experience with digital accessibility
- Experience in applying for and managing grants

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a higher education setting
- Knowledge of universal accessibility compliance
- Experience in grant writing and management
