What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve high-priority damages, defects, and carrier issues
- Maintain personal case queues and ensure claims are closed within required time frames
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and dealers via email and calls
- Collaborate with other departments to develop data-driven resolutions for product issues
- Manage email inbox to address all issues in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong multitasking and research skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient keyboarding skills, with touch typing preferred
