What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage digital ad platforms and paid digital campaigns, including budget and bid management
- Conduct quality assurance for all portfolio-related digital campaign files
- Collaborate with the internal creative agency to create and coordinate marketing copy and ads
- Communicate campaign updates and instructions to vendors and business partners
- Utilize analytics for campaign reporting and identify marketing trends for senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or business
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or FullStory
- Strong critical-thinking skills and a willingness to learn
- Clear and concise communication skills
