      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and execute all logistical aspects of fundraising events, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
      - Collaborate with relationship management and volunteer engagement teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
      - Secure venues, permits, and insurance while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and community partners
      - Manage event supplies and inventory, including purchasing, packing, and distribution before and after events
      - Lead volunteer committees, facilitating meetings and ensuring members are prepared for their roles during events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Arts or Science, or four or more years of related experience in lieu of a degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a non-profit setting
      - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
      - Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for travel on Society business

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with logistical mapping and event diagram software such as Ride with GPS or Smartdraw
      - Flexibility to work during peak event seasons, including occasional evenings and weekends
