What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level
- Perform facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants
- Formulate preventative maintenance schedules for efficient operation of restaurant facilities
- Train restaurant staff on managing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facilities
- Provide comprehensive maintenance visit recaps detailing strengths and areas of opportunity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong trade knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, commercial cooking equipment, and HVAC/refrigeration
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing facilities safety requirements
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules to achieve timely results
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report for travel between restaurants
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience with two (2) years of training in facility maintenance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or appliance repair
- Previous experience in a facilities management role within the food service industry
