What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with COA developers and copyright holders to secure licensing agreements for clinical trials
- Manage the end-to-end process of translating COA tools into multiple languages, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards in all licensing and translation activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing and translation inquiries, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline licensing and translation workflows and implement innovative solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in licensing, translations, or related roles within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of COA tools, intellectual property laws, and translation methodologies
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with translation management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in project management and workflow coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a clinical research setting
