What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide design, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure HVAC systems are fully functional at various locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment deficiencies in collaboration with mechanical design engineers
- Manage outside vendors and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance services
- Utilize building management systems to diagnose malfunctions and oversee local technicians
- Communicate regularly with field leadership and associates regarding repair statuses and project completions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technician, or related field is preferred
- Five years of HVAC technician experience in a multi-unit environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- HVAC/Refrigeration Certification is preferred

- Previous experience working in a veterinary or animal care environment
