What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the creation and implementation of learning products that comply with institutional and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to design and develop effective training programs
- Conduct analyses to determine the best learning delivery options for various educational needs
- Design online courses and develop curriculum materials, including assessments and scoring guides
- Stay updated on trends in nursing and healthcare education to inform instructional design practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field with two years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with four years of relevant experience
- Minimum of two years of experience developing courses in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools
- Proven experience in designing assessments for distance learning environments
- Understanding of various learning design models, including concept-based and competency-based approaches
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders to contribute to learning design systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of experience applying peer-reviewed scholarly research and user research
- Experience in Nursing, Allied Health, or Health Sciences Education
- Familiarity with micro-credentialing processes
