What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), faculty members, and other stakeholders to design and develop learning opportunities
- Determine suitable instructional design methods, media selection, and facilitation styles for organizational interventions
- Construct supportive materials to enhance performance improvement strategies
- Align course content with various instructional methods, including e-learning and blended approaches
- Design and execute online course assembly within the Learning Management System (LMS) and authoring tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Master's degree from an accredited institution and two years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience
- Minimum of two years of experience developing courses in LMS and authoring tools
- Demonstrated experience designing assessments within distance learning experiences
- Understanding of concept-based, competency-based, project-based, and other learning design models
- Experience contributing to learning design systems with numerous stakeholders and requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of three years of experience gathering and applying peer-reviewed scholarly research and user research
- Experience in Nursing/Allied Health/Health Sciences Education
- Experience in micro-credentialing
