      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical and application support to clients via telephone and remote access for NextGen Healthcare products
      - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents under general supervision, applying basic troubleshooting methodologies
      - Document client-reported issues and actions taken to resolve them using support software
      - Create and execute SQL statements to retrieve data from client environments
      - Consult with internal teams to deliver timely technical expertise and resolve client-reported incidents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, software, or a similar environment
      - Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, AWS, or Health IT are a plus
      - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, as well as healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
      - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, based on client needs

      - Familiarity with NextGen Healthcare products and solutions
      - Experience in troubleshooting application malfunctions and resolving technical issues
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
      - Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
