      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary contact for immigration matters, assisting with visa applications and work permits
      - Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management system, including routine contract requests and template library maintenance
      - Provide paralegal support for Labor and Employment, Procurement, Real Estate, and Data Privacy matters
      - Act as a liaison between various departments, including Human Resources and external partners, regarding immigration and contract issues
      - Recommend and implement process improvements for immigration and contract management functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - 6-8 years of relevant paralegal experience in Immigration at a large law firm or in-house
      - Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively in a matrix management structure
      - Global mindset with experience working for global clients or a global company preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with contract management systems
      - Willingness to take on new projects outside of day-to-day responsibilities
      - Strong customer service focus and ability to build positive relationships with senior management
