      Responsibilities Create and distribute internal interactive/dynamic F/A communications (including videos) to promote regularly compliance, safety, and increase brand awareness and stewardship. Evaluate communication platforms, make recommendations, and assist in the roll out and execution of new initiatives and the continuing promotion of inflight policies, procedures and F/A operational performance. Gather and use relevant data to measure effectiveness, reviewing patterns, issues, trends and root causes and communicate this information to the right partners/audience. Utilizes data to develop recommend solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (indicate specific field, if required). 1-3 years’ experience Must be or willing to become FA certified. Must have excellent writing skills, with the ability to think and communicate clearly, formulate a clear point of view on complicated issues, and create a concise and well-written narrative. Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining relationships within and across business units is a must, as is strategic and creative thinking, and writing expertise. Should have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels if management and front-line employee groups. Domestic & International travel approximately 50% of the time. Exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/ or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/ or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands are more than those of sedentary work. Light work usually requires walking or standing up to a significant degree. About this Job The Inflight Publications Specialist works cross-functionally to implement and deliver comprehensive publications that educate, inform, inspire, and mobilize the front line.
