What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development of the internal communication strategy for North America
- Define and implement engaging internal communications in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Manage regional risk and crisis communications protocols and materials
- Develop diverse content including articles, videos, and infographics for internal channels
- Assist in organizing key internal events such as Town Halls and Director Forums

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline
- Over three years of experience in a communication and/or public relations role
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse employee audiences and stakeholders
- Experience in managing confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Qualifications in written and graphical content production and management
- Experience in video editing and design software
- Proficiency in Spanish as a second language
