What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead design and architecture efforts for workforce planning and scenario modeling systems
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to translate workforce planning requirements into technology solutions
- Drive the implementation of workforce planning tools within the employer's ecosystem
- Serve as the technical lead for HR technology projects, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Participate in the SAFe Agile framework, leading architectural discussions and developing technical roadmaps

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 2 years of information systems experience
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of information systems experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of experience
- High school diploma/GED with 10 years of information systems experience
- Strong understanding of HR technologies in workforce strategy, planning, and analytics
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing and implementing workforce planning systems like Workday Adaptive Planning, Orgvue, and Anaplan
- Familiarity with the SAFe Agile framework and concepts like User Stories and Sprints
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in explaining technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong learning agility and proactive approach to identifying new technologies
- Passion for innovation and leading technical discussions
