We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Power BI Developer to join our team Business Analytics & Insights. This role is in Pune - HYBRID Mode.

Team Overview: Business Analytics & Insights: Our team delivers analytics, insights, and tools to create operational efficiencies, provide data transparency and help senior management to take informed data driven decisions.

Shift Timings: 1- 9.30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with senior management to understand and document the requirements.
• Designing and developing impactful BI reports and dashboards
• Data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboards and reports.
• Training end-users
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Appropriate access controls and data protection measures

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Overall, 4-8 years of experience and expertise in Microsoft Power BI
• SQL queries, DAX functions, Data modelling, administration, and visualization.
• Data preparation and data warehousing concepts.
• Change Control management and Data Governance.
• Understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) framework.
• Must have strong deductive reasoning & diagnostic problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Data Lake or Enterprise Data Management will be plus
