What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet regularly with community partner navigators to consult on cases and support implementation of model protocols
- Coach and support kinship navigators to ensure culturally responsive and timely practices
- Identify and implement continued learning activities for providers and partnering supervisors
- Facilitate communication and maintain relationships between referral agencies and kinship families for effective service delivery
- Present to external audiences about kinship care and provide internship supervision

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate work experience
- Direct experience delivering human services, with experience in person- or family-led decision-making
- Experience supervising, training, and coaching staff and/or interns
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve team conflicts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database systems for client data management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Licensed (or eligible to be) as a Master of Social Work (LMSW) in Michigan
- Experience providing high-quality customer service in a human service or healthcare setting
- Ability to work with detailed information and strong skills in documentation and data collection
