      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Reconcile daily work performed by operations to ensure accurate billing for all billable events
      - Examine patient records and conduct research to gather necessary information for billing
      - Ensure complete and accurate documentation is provided for billing purposes
      - Manage billing returns requiring additional information or corrections
      - Assist operations and patients with billing inquiries, directing them to appropriate resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, documentation, and standards
      - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Familiarity with Smartsheet program
      - Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports as needed
      - Ability to manage confidential information with independent judgment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in healthcare billing or related field
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Strong analytical skills to improve billing processes
      - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with operations and patients
