What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile daily work performed by operations to ensure all billable events have appropriate documentation
- Examine patient records and conduct research to gather necessary information for billing
- Ensure complete records are obtained to facilitate accurate billing
- Manage returns from billing that require additional information or corrections
- Engage with operations and patients regarding billing inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, documentation, and standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Smartsheet program
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare billing or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working independently and effectively without direct supervision
