What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile daily work performed by operations to ensure documentation for all billable events
- Examine patient records and conduct research to gather necessary information
- Ensure complete records are submitted to facilitate accurate billing
- Manage returns from billing that require additional information or corrections
- Engage with operations and patients to address billing inquiries and direct them appropriately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of healthcare billing procedures, documentation, and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Smartsheet program
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports as needed
