What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively source candidates for advanced practitioners and primary care physicians through various channels
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to align with the employer's mission
- Design and participate in recruiting events and attend career fairs nationwide
- Collaborate with leadership during the offer process, advising on salary ranges and start dates
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- At least three (3) years of experience managing all phases of the provider recruitment and hiring process
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician market
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership and candidates
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SHRM-CP credential preferred
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring patient-facing providers
- Flexibility in managing shifting priorities within a rapidly growing business
- Proven ability to meet aggressive hiring timelines
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
