What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively source provider candidates from various platforms, ensuring a steady pipeline for recruitment
- Conduct preliminary screenings and assessments of candidates for suitability in specific roles
- Collaborate with Provider Recruiters on recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives
- Design and participate in recruiting events for center openings and attend career fairs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two (2) years managing all phases of the provider recruitment process
- Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and physician market
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership and interpersonal skills
