What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate individual and systemic quality of care investigations
- Monitor and evaluate reportable incidents and quality of care events
- Organize and manage quality monitoring activities, including audits
- Create and implement documentation and business practices for quality management
- Collaborate with management to address gaps in processes requiring remediation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, with 1 year in health plan quality improvement or managed care
- Demonstrated solid business writing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Understanding of quality management program requirements and processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of project coordination experience
- Ability to work across all levels of the organization, including with executive audiences and external stakeholders
- Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ)
- Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
