What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of brand partners within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, ensuring smooth shop setup and integrations.
- Monitor seller performance and deliver insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
- Create and generate regular reports on key performance indicators for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze marketplace data to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or data visualization platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
