What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform social listening to identify trends and opportunities for content
- Develop and pitch creative ideas for TikTok video content
- Design, produce, edit, and copywrite social content across TikTok
- Serve as on-camera talent for video content as needed
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies for engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in content creation and/or social media management
- Strong content creation skills that align with the brand’s strategy and voice
- Proficiency in InShot, CapCut, Canva Pro, and TikTok video editing
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using social listening and publishing tools
- Previous experience working with large brands and partner agencies
- Food styling experience
