What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility services across various initiatives
- Administer and maintain supplier contract files to ensure compliance and documentation requirements
- Conduct market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
- Partner with facility and operations teams to support standardized RFP/bid and contract processes
- Manage supplier performance review meetings and oversee contract compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical ability and experience developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
