What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Product Owner for infrastructure services, overseeing the full lifecycle of program delivery from visioning through execution
- Lead SAFe Agile initiatives, including PI planning and process automation, to drive continuous improvement
- Establish and nurture relationships with cross-functional business units and Technology partners to align strategic priorities
- Champion initiatives to build continuous learning and development programs that empower teams and enhance operational excellence
- Work collaboratively with business partners and technology teams to capture, document, and validate business requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate degree OR
- Master's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience OR
- Associate's degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 10 years of Information Systems experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience in program management or enterprise technology within a global organization
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- Strong background in SAFe Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
