What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Observe and record patient encounters and examinations during telehealth visits
- Document patient information, history, diagnoses, and medical decision-making
- Assist in medical management and consultation with the care team
- Facilitate effective communication among the care team and providers regarding patient needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to type 70+ words per minute
- Basic level of medical knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly
- Commitment to ongoing learning and teamwork in patient care
- Availability to work approximately 40-45 hours per week with predictable hours
- Compliance with HIPAA and other relevant policies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment

- Experience working with underserved populations
