What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communication.
- Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems to provide expert support on domestic vehicle repairs.
- Participate in an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, to prepare for remote work.
- Utilize technical experience and listening skills to effectively address vehicle repair issues.
- Collaborate with fellow consultants and leaders to enhance your problem-solving capabilities.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months of hire with reimbursement).
- Valid driver's license.
- One or more years of customer service experience in any role that involves interaction with customers.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing skills.
