What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, and email
- Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
- Engage in an initial training program to effectively support field technicians from your home office
- Utilize technical data and repair strategies, with guidance from fellow consultants and leaders
- Collaborate with a team to solve vehicle repair issues and provide expert assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire)
- Strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain, and/or infotainment systems
- Valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong typing skills
