What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize technical experience to assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound communication
- Specialize in automotive electric vehicle, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems
- Participate in an initial training program to develop skills for supporting field technicians
- Access continuous support and resources from fellow consultants and leaders
- Maintain reliability in sticking to scheduled work hours, as some queues are time-sensitive

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
- Strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain, and/or infotainment systems
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work shifts within center's hours of operation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Typing skills
