What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist field service technicians through inbound and outbound phone, chat, and email communications.
- Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs, specializing in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.
- Participate in an initial training program to enhance your ability to support field technicians effectively.
- Utilize technical experience and listening skills to resolve vehicle repair issues.
- Maintain a reliable schedule to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
- Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain them within six months of hire).
- One or more years of customer service experience, with a background in call center work, retail, or similar roles.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work shifts within the center’s hours of operation (Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time).

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong typing skills.
