      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Visit doctor's offices and other practices to educate them on the employer’s patient care programs and services

      - Maintain consistent follow-through on all reported customer concerns and communicate issues to management
      - Stay informed about developments in the Pharmacy and Healthcare Services fields to enhance job performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree preferred
      - Must complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all patient information
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in the health service professions

      - Experience in sales or customer service within the healthcare industry
      - Knowledge of pharmacy practices and healthcare service developments
      - Familiarity with training and customer service program delivery
