What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Directly promote the employer's products to physicians and healthcare professionals
- Achieve sales forecasts and targets within assigned territory
- Organize and facilitate meetings for medical and product information exchange
- Analyze territory dynamics to understand prescribing and purchasing behaviors
- Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college/university degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel to meet territorial requirements
- Self-motivated with a capacity to excel in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-graduate business school study or training
- At least two years of specialist sales experience (e.g., neurologists, pulmonologists)
- Experience in Central Nervous System therapeutic sales
- Strong knowledge of competitor products and applicable disease states
