      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize outbound sales techniques including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to engage potential clients
      - Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for SpendHound products
      - Develop proficiency in modern sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Groove, and ZoomInfo
      - Collaborate with Sales Development and Enablement Managers to enhance sales skills
      - Refine messaging strategies to improve sales engagement success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR)
      - High proficiency in English within a business context
      - Experience working for a U.S.-based tech company and selling to U.S. prospects, with a strong focus on cold calling
      - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and high emotional intelligence
