What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prospect, and secure sponsorship opportunities for local sports tournaments in San Diego
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporations, and community partners
- Create compelling sponsorship packages tailored to potential sponsors' needs
- Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship activations
- Sell advertising space and coverage for tournaments through media partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in sponsorship and media sales, preferably in the sports or events industry
- Strong network of local business contacts and an ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
