As a global pop culture events and media business, ReedPop has an extensive stable of respected events, editorial and video channels. These range from mainstream digital brands such as Eurogamer, to more specialist sites dedicated to PC and board games, as well as wider pop culture. Our live events include New York Comic Con, the PAX events, EGX, MCM Comic Con, Star Wars Celebration, Star Trek Mission, C2E2, and over a dozen more.

      About the Role

      In this role you will support the development and management of a variety of sponsorship products and packages. You will help the Commercial team drive revenue across a global portfolio of ReedPop shows. In this role you will work closely with the Senior Sponsorship Product Manager and the Director of Sponsorship Operations. You will also collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Show Management, Operations and Sales.

      Responsibilities

      • Generating ,researching, and evaluating new sponsorship opportunities

      • Coordinating entry of sponsorship products information into Salesforce

      • Reviewing and evaluating existing sponsorship opportunities on an annual basis

      • Managing detailed product information documents , including media kits and trackers

      • Helping manage and execute our lead generation and fan engagement product lineup on a global scale

      • Collaborating with show management, sales, and operations, as well as external vendors

      • Acting as a central resource to sales and sponsorship fulfillment teams through product trainings, inventory, and pricing

      • Traveling is required -- approximately 8-10 times annually


      Requirements

      • Possess relevant business experience

      • Have experience in sponsorship and/or media in the events, entertainment, and/or pop culture industries

      • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

      • Be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn and utilize sales data systems such as Salesforce

      • Be proficient in web advertising, digital marketing, and social media

      • Have excellent copy writing skills

      • Be able to multitask and prioritize work with a high level of organization

      • Be comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take the initiative to create something new

      • Possess excellent problem solving skills

      • Be comfortable asking for help and learning from your mistakes
