      - Assist users with website/digital navigation and interaction

      - Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
      - Ability to type 30+ words per minute
      - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Strong knowledge of and passion for sports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Microsoft programs
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
      - Efficient in website/digital navigation and interaction
