      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary representative for the employer in the sports venue industry
      - Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, and venue owners
      - Identify and track sports venue development opportunities across North America, including new constructions and renovations
      - Position the employer as the leading service provider for signage, lighting features, and digital scoreboards
      - Collaborate with the marketing department to direct marketing efforts for the employer's sports division

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or higher in marketing, business development, construction management, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years documented experience in the sports venue industry
      - At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record in major projects, preferably in sports-related projects
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, at all organizational levels
      - Ability to read blueprints and technical documents; mechanical aptitude is desired

      - Experience selling signage, scoreboards, or architectural elements
      - Highly competitive nature with a strong interest in sports
      - Proven ability to analyze options and solve unexpected problems
