Polish language skills (C1 level) – fluent and clear in writing
Based in Bulgaria (or ready to relocate)
English proficiency (B2 or above) to collaborate in a global team
A valid EU work permit
Flexibility to groove on different shifts, including weekends (because music never sleeps!)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
A communication style smoother than a jazz saxophone solo
A positive attitude that could cheer up even the grumpiest metalhead
The ability to explain things simply and clearly – like a catchy hook
